Our Story
We are a small, family-run business that aims to provide precisely what we were looking for as parents – the highest quality childcare in a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe and excited to learn and play, and where their parents/guardians are assured that their children are safe, stimulated and happy. Since becoming part of the childcare industry, we have learned that many owners find themselves ready to move on to other chapters of their lives but are concerned about leaving the families and communities they serve with uncertainty regarding the continuity of the care they receive. We also see many businesses struggling to incentivize and retain their employees, particularly young parents of small children. We know firsthand how vital childcare is to a community and we want to help bridge that gap.
To that end, we seek to identify well-run early learning centers that reflect our core mission and values. We want to build upon your existing center’s legacy and leadership and to provide security and continuity for your staff, teachers, families, and most importantly, the children you serve.
We also want to identify businesses, corporations, and organizations that would benefit from the establishment of a childcare center that caters directly to their employees. Studies indicate that many of today’s working parents list childcare as a primary issue they consider when deciding whether to accept or remain with their current employer. We want to work with employers who will realize higher employee job satisfaction, fewer retention issues and reduced absences among their employees who depend on convenient, reliable and high-quality care for their children.
